After a failed suicide attempt, Kresna is pursued by four ghosts who will only leave him alone if he fulfills their requests, leading him to find a new meaning in life and love for Nurse Linda.

After his suicide attempt failed, KRESNA found himself being followed by four ghosts with different characters. KUATNO, an old ghost with wandering eyes, BIMA, a smoking ghost who used to be a minibus driver, LITA, a melancholic ghost who easily cries, and CHIKA, a small ghost who loves to use roller skates. They will only leave if Kresna is willing to fulfill their respective requests. Kresna is helpless and eventually gives in to their demands. However, in the process of fulfilling their missions, Kresna himself discovers a new meaning to his life and his love for NURSE LINDA.

A man named Kresna leads a life far from beautiful. He is shaken by depression to the point of attempting to end his life. His attempt fails after he is rescued by authorities, and he is subsequently admitted to a hospital for recovery. The recovery process becomes a moment when Kresna meets Nurse Linda, who works at the hospital to care for him. Their relationship starts off as usual, but Kresna discovers a newfound attraction and meaning in his life. However, alongside this, he also experiences strange occurrences while at the hospital. Kresna finds himself followed by four ghosts and can even see and interact with them. The quartet of ghosts has different characters and backgrounds. Bima is a smoking ghost who used to work as a public minivan driver. Kuatno is an old womanizer ghost, while Lita appears as a melancholic female ghost who is easily brought to tears. The quartet of ghosts is completed by Chika, a young ghost who enjoys wearing roller skates. The presence of these four ghosts surprises and initially disturbs Kresna, although their antics are humorous. He feels disturbed because when he has to speak with the ghosts, Kresna is labeled as strange by the people around him. As a result, he seeks consultation with a psychologist to address this issue, but it seems they do not find a solution. The ghosts eventually reveal that they will always follow Kresna wherever he goes. If he wants to be free, Kresna must help them fulfill their requests. Unable to refuse, Kresna starts to make an effort to fulfill the missions given by each ghost. However, as he proceeds with these tasks, he also finds himself growing closer to Linda as his feelings of love become more real. Kresna is faced with a dilemma, torn between completing the ghosts' requests or focusing on building a connection with Nurse Linda.
