Among the "B-list" holiday mascots captured by Toony are Hack Frost (a stand-up comedian who brings wintry weather along with bad jokes from the 1990s), Skelly the Halloween mascot (a living skeleton), Flap & Jack ("Pancake Trolls" who love riddles and criminal mischief), Lep the "Leper-Can't" (an unhelpful slacker, not to be confused with a St. Patrick's Day leprechaun), and the February holiday duo of Hog (the Groundhog Day biker) and the ghost of Abe Lincoln (the 16th President, representing Presidents' Day). Only Leila Gorstein's portrayal of Abe Lincoln has been a recurring character on the show; all other holiday mascots are making their debuts.
