It is full entertaining. Will make you cry, not emotionally but definitely with comedy. Definitely a one time watch movie. Dont go, if you are looking for story. But, people who likes to go theaters for comedy genre, this is the movie for you.

What a waste of resources by producer. The concept is totally unbearable to watch. It justifies concept of polygamy which indeed is the curse to the society.

5 stars only for Ammy Virk's acting & for some witty dialogues, good songs, rest nimrat khaira and Shargun Mehta are totally messed up. They both were totally loud.

Last but not least, Shame on you writers what kinda message you are giving to the society !!

I haven't watched punjabi movies outside of diljit dosanjh films so this is a different vibe. It gives kind of a saturday night live spoof feel -there's no way anyone would realistically take this concept of sister wives seriously in this day and age ( and if they did they missed the point!) This movie made me laugh and I'm a social justice feminist. It had some crude humour but I think the message was irony. Ammy's character had dreams of being served by two wives, meanwhile not being looked after by either. The ending was as good as it could be for this film. If you watch with a grain of salt and leave your brain at home this could elicit some sarcastic giggles of disbelief. ( i showed my husband clips of this movie and it gave him flashes of what he never wants his life to be).

The movie is very good to watch,the story is also excellent ,it's one of the best movies I've ever seen ,all age can watch with their family members ,friends and children. The movie was an amazing and the cameraman also very good ,the songs,music bg all are very good ,I can seen the movie many times it getting no bored to watch ,the story of the movie is very good and the feeling is also very nice don't miss to watch the movie as it is one of the greatest ,the hero role is also good and the scenes are also very good the background scenes are also very nice ,so please watch the movie and you enjoy it.

The movie has depicted a very sensitive and vulnerable subject of the society in a comical way which is extremely upsetting. The subject of the second marriage for the sake of having a child is portrayed normalized in the movie. Some people say it's just a movie made for laughter and fun, I would say it's just not about that, it's about the emotions of those infertile women and men who face the slander and wrath of the society in their daily lives, will they enjoy this movie??

Making a movie on such a subject would actually hurt the sentiments of these people who are facing these issues in real life and would actually promote the act of second marriage in a positive context if one cannot conceive a child. The way Ammy Virk's character is shown is utterly disappointing, he doesn't care about his first wife's emotions at all, he gets easily convinced for the second marriage as if the bond and affection he shared with her for so many years just disappeared, in that case I would say what's the point of getting yourself into a holy thing like marriage when you can easily move on and forget the love for your partner as soon as you find a new person to entertain yourself.

The only think I find good in the movie is they showed what plight a woman goes through if she has a Saunkan( other wife of the husband) so some people could actually connect and realize how wrong this thing is.

Moreover, I believe the concept of second marriage for the sake of having a child is a negative connotation itself regardless it's a barren women or an infertile men. Marriage is the celebration of eternal love and togetherness between two people, to be there and support each other in every way and not for just having children. Obviously, having an offspring is a biggest blessing in anyone's life, it grows your family but the idea of having it to complete a Marriage is inconsiderate.

I am amazed after watching a crowd full show, especially on Monday evening in the Mumbai suburb. People were laughing and enjoying every moment of this film. A hilarious ride with emotions embedded so beautifully.

Well written, well-executed/directed with an incredible performance by the cast. Kudos to the entire team.

Ammy Virk is amazingly cute in his character. He is outstanding in his role. Sargun Mehta is one the most gifted female actress in our Indian cinema and I should say that her small acting nuances lift the scene to the sky. She played her character with so much ease that you forget she is even acting or living this character. I want to talk about the most surprising and outstanding artist of the film Nimrat Khaira. She played her character so well that I was blown away by her performance. Loved her chemistry with Sargun and Ammy.

Last but not least Nirmal Rishi Maam. My god, she is such an extraordinary artist I can't describe it in words. Rest and salute her power-packed performance. I could watch this film 100 times just for one scene where she has to walk in front of Panchayat members because she had jumped from the wall and got hurt the night before. Brilliant acting by Nirmal Mam entire hall was laughing.

I would to thank the entire cast and crew for making this wonderful movie !!

Please watch this film with your family and friends. I guarantee you that you will love it.

The movie's story and the complete apathy (specially the husbands)towards the first wife naseebo is just sad!

The movie is trying to pass as a good comedy by misusing such a sensitive topic and spreading such a wrong msg . A women's role to reduced to that of a child bearing machine ; the husband and the family's behaviour towards her is so pathetic.

Anybody with some knowledge on social issues and an average or above average IQ will be disappointed throroughly by the movie.

Idiots may enjoy it as a comedy Very disappointing movie such a shame.

Don't know where the haters came from. It's a must watch if you want to die laughing, enjoy a different storyline and superb acting by everyone. You will surely regret this one if you missed it in theaters, just like i missed 'Angrej'.

I love Punjabi movies and I was waiting for this one. But movie has a really bad message and is cringy. It is almost unbearable how they have reduced the role of a women to just being a mother and otherwise she should feel worthless and accept the man to find another partner.

Really poor, acting was ok. Songs weren't great. Storyline was really disappointing. This message is so negative and the humour did not make up for it when the film was so uncomfortable to watch. Ammy Virk's character was very unpleasant and the constant light almost comedic references to domestic abuse were poorly done. Made light of a number of serious issues and was difficult to laugh at the humour when the message is so backwards. Even in 2022, this was so disappointing. There was very little storyline and I am frustrated I wasted time watching.

Let's accept it pandemic has kept us away from cinema for too long. Anyways the film is initially slow for 20 minutes which is basically wrong way to start in any movie but it picks up good.

Some millinelial wokes and extreme feminists may find the concept too bad to give 1 star review perhaps they didn't watch the full . Movie and forget the fact that it I'd a story set in 80s, and above all they might forget it is a comedy. Amberdeeps last film teeja Punjab was forgettable but this one is a gem. Sargun mehta at her best same for ammy surprise came from nimrat oh man she can act I thought she couldn't.

Never have i ever seen such an uncomfortable punjabi movie with such great actors. I do not know what happened but this is the worst storyline ever. Comedy was poor music was not good and they totally disregarded the trauma of domestic abuse. I did not laugh once.

After a very long time, I have seen a movie that is watchable with your family. It's exactly what you need today. Masala Entertainer and Full of Comedy.

If you want a full comedy film then you can watch it But the message given by the film is not apt and justified

He marries his sister in law just to get a baby and it is a serious matter when someone is not able to get a baby but for them it is just a joke.

Mostly double meaning jokes. Went to watch movie for the actors but disappointed for the story. Only the setup, clothes are traditional punjabi. The movie itself has no sanctity of punjabi culture. Hope Punjabi movies don't end up like how pakistani punjabi stage dramas turned up.

People need to understand that not every movie is meant to convey a message.

This movie is meant for entertainment only and you are going to love it.

This is my 1st imdb review and I am writing only after reading so many negative misleading reviews about the movie. Movie isn't just good, it is simply outstanding. There has never been a more entertaining Punjabi movie. Must watch and I assure you won't regret it.

Yukk yukk story.

Bakwas movie script, Nimrat Khaira & shargun Mehta is too much annoying & irritating. Ammy Virk & his mother acting is super. But because shargun & nimrat annoying acting makes this movie worst.
