I was a huge Ann Rule fan. But this movie is waaaaaaay toooooo long and more like a malingering Lifetime Movie.

Too bad - it has really good actors. Gina Gershon is always beautiful and amazing, but she's the only one with a southern accent in this movie. And it's a very heavy one at that.

I'm a third of the way through and I am having a lot of trouble staying awake. NOT a good look for any movie, documentary or film. This one is almost. IMDb shows it as a 4 hour mini series, but this is a 3 hour movie. Repeat: Waaaaaaaaay toooooooo long.

At this point, I don't know if I am interested or not in what happens. BUT it IS an Ann Rule! Will watch it for that reason alone.

I watched this HOT MESS of a movie because there was simply nothing else to watch! I had grown weary of continuous Hurricane Helene and political news!

Little did I know this was just as big a disaster, or worse! Really BAD fake southern accents; flimsy plot; unbelievable storyline and set in a place that even Stevie Wonder can SEE is NOT anywhere in Georgia!!!!

Gina Gershon is pretty in a plastic sort of way, but she simply CAN'T ACT!!!!

The only actor in this catastrophe that aI had heard of was Victor Garber and he must have been desperate to be in such trash! My advice, shampoo your hair, walk the dog, or clean out your cat's litter box, either one is more pleasant than this train wreck!
