Musician Khatija Rahman, who is also the daughter of Grammy and Oscar-winning composer A R Rahman, released her debut album titled ‘Kuhu Kuhu’, on Thursday. The album is her tribute to the late music luminary Lata Mangeshkar on the latter’s birth anniversary.

The album features five songs ‘Piya Tose Naina Laage Re’, ‘Aapki Nazron Ne Samjha’, ‘Kuhu Kuhu Bole Koyaliya’, ‘Bekas Pe Karam’ and ‘O Sajna’.

Through this release, Khatija also tips her humble hat to the original, legendary composers and arrangers as well as the esteemed lyricists of these classic songs — Sd Burman, Madan Mohan, Adi Narayana Rao, Naushad, Salil Chowdhury, Shailendra, Raja Mehdi Ali Khan, Bharat Vyas and Shakeel Badayuni.

Mumbai, April 20 (Ians) TV actors Fahmaan Khan and Kritika Singh Yadav have all the reasons to celebrate as their show ‘Pyar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii’ has successfully completed 100 episodes. It is a story of two different personalities Ravi, played by Fahmaan and Pratiksha, essayed by Kritika.

While Gurpreet is seen as Ravi’s childhood friend, Keerti Sachdeva, Akash on the other hand Akash is seen as Ips aspirant Malhar Thakur, who is all set to marry Pratiksha.

TV actor Vijendra Kumeria, who is currently seen playing the role of Angad in the show ‘Teri Meri Doriyaann’, spoke about enacting a drunk scene and also shared that to do it perfectly, he watched similar scenes from different movies.

In the upcoming episode of the show, Angad will be seen getting drunk and shares his feelings with Sahiba (Himanshi Parashar). After listening to him, Sahiba tries to protect him from his family to avoid the embarrassment from being found drunk.

Talking about the sequence, he said: “Enacting a drunk scene is a tough job, it looks easy but it is a difficult scene to crack, to justify the performance, it takes sheer hard work and effort. In the upcoming episode, Anagd (Vijayendra Kumeria) will be shown getting married to Sahiba (Himanshi Parashar). From the bridal lehenga and jewellery to the groom’s outfit, the actor said that there were certain similarities that the audience can find between the real and reel marriage.
