James McCaffrey in Max Payne 3 (2012)

Trivia

Max Payne 3

Edit
The face of Max Payne is different in every game. The model in the first game was Sam Lake, the head writer of the first two Max Payne games. In the second game the role was given to actor Timothy Gibbs. In Max Payne 3, the model was James McCaffrey, who was the voice actor for Payne in all three games.
Before its release, Rockstar announced via twitter that by writing fan tweets to Rockstar's Max Payne 3 page, fans would have a chance to get their facial likeness included in the Max Payne 3 multi-player mode.
In Chapter 1, Max can play the piano in the first apartment area. In Chapter 8, Max can play the piano in the chapel near the staircase. In Chapter 11, he can play the piano on the ship. In Chapter 13, he can play the piano in a bar on one of the upper floors.

Each time he plays, he will get a little better, as the tune comes back to him. At the last piano, he will play the theme from the original Max Payne.
In chapter four, after meeting Brewer, you will be able to go into his apartment. If you look closely on the wall, you will see a very familiar map with a few markings. This is the Algonquin portion of the Liberty City map from Grand Theft Auto 4.
The first Max Payne game not developed by Remedy Entertainment, and also the first not written by Sam Lake although he did make some suggestions like shaving Max's head.
