I'm not sure why this is called a series. I just sat through a mildly entertaining feature length film. It was a fun watch I guess. Had all the old reliables. The guy that's a jerk, the horny teens, the part where someone says "we should all split up and look" and many many silly decisions that just lead to unnecessary carnage. The acting was pretty good. Not much of back story. Sort of just dives right in with little explanation. And it seems as if the writers just gave up at the end and didn't really try to resolve.... anything. Fun to watch but I was left with many questions including, why were there so many mirrors in the house.

Okay this show was really a surprise, the cast is great. The acting is top notch I can't wait to see what crypt does next with all of it's monsters in the future
