Expert cinematography by Nathan Pilcher and Sam Davies. I was just as happy as Sam at the ending!
It was great to follow the lives of these prides and see how they overcame such adversity.
The narrator could have had a bit more life to him, but when you're used to the perfect David Attenborough any narrator has his work cut out.
Ignore the ridiculous review Big Neck Band, he needs to get a life.

I have seen my fair share of wildlife documentaries over time, and had no intention really to follow this series when I zapped by. But I found this series absolutely wonderful. The storyline grabs you instantly, the footage is beautiful and I never had the feeling that I was looking at one of those Disney-type of nature documentaries, where humans project an abundance of human feelings onto the wild animals. Enjoyed it so much, that I watched the full series.
I love this documentary.! I am hooked ! Hopefully more come out we find out what happen with the punks .! I love how it's narrated I love how it's all put together .! I'm completely obsessed with this series.! Hopefully more and new ones come oht but in the meantime I will watch this series over and over .! I came across this series by accident but I'm so thankful I did .. I have a dog who is also obsessed with the lions 🤣😂 we sit and watch it everyday .! Not sure if anyone knows if more will return or be documented but if they are these video people and the narrator needs to all return they are simply amazing .
Why ,what can that 3 inch thick leather collar around the one lioness neck! Is it that important to have that there now that she's kicked out off the pride? I'm sorry but after the first episode I can't watch shows that are scripted like this! YES scripted I said too a point obviously the Lions don't have a script. I love nature shows just because I'll never see that kind of wild life in my lifetime. But why the actors say to keep track of the pride . Again I ask why it's not our business what they do but I guess the scientists who put those around the next thing they do have a right to that information I don't know why they would think they have the right to know anything that happens in the jungle! Just Saying.
