Once you get past the bad editing and old school/tired filming, it's not that bad. You'll definitely will be entertained with dude's story.

Dude just got out trying to do good, live a good life. But like many people in the life, it don't come that easy.

I am a big fan of Gxfr's rap aesthetic so my expectations were very high when they announced this movie. I thought they will release a CLASSIC like Boyz n Tha Hood and Menace 2 Society but I was unable to watch this till the end even If I tried a lot. Poor screenplay bad acting boring dialogues and a very amateur directing. Hope they will release more music and not another movie.1/10.

Huge griselda fan since 2015 here. Westside gunn barely appears in this film and benny isn't the main character as the cover might suggest, Michael rappaport also barely appears in this film. I didn't have huge expectations for this movie but I thought to myself these guys wouldn't put their label name next to anything garbage. I enjoyed watching and overall it's a decent film. It has a slight home made/low budget vibe for sure but the acting wasn't bad at all from the main characters. I found the story to be a bit dragged out I feel they could of told the same story in 30 min less time and towards the end I found it becoming a bit predictable. Great soundtrack and I'd reccomend checking out this flick out if you're a griselda fan but don't expect to be blown away. I look forward to seeing what else griselda films produces in the future as this wasn't a bad debut for a rap label diving into film making.

Considering it was a hood movie...it was pretty good...8 outta 10.

Very good pace from start to finish very suspenseful. Looking forward to part two.

Clearly this is an indie production and i had low hopes, but this was surprisingly well made for what they had to work with. The story is old as time, but i was hooked watching the side characters.

I did lol that they got Rappaport for billing only. I think he had like 3 lines.

Dope Ass Hood Flick for 2021. For fans of the genre.

Good story line real street film got to be from it to understand it.

I'm a huge Griselda fan so I enjoyed this. Just a hood movie with no deep plot.

Great movie can't wait to see Part 2!

Can't wait for part 2, some people are just hard to please or always have a negative outlook on things especially if it's an independent black film. I tip my hat to everyone involved in l bringing alive this vision and dream. Stephen king didn't let it stop him and neither should this crew.
