If you want to see how a real bodybuilder trains you need to watch this film.The film's B&W look creates an atmosphere that is intense and a bit creepy.The film has been shot in Temple Gym which looks like a dungeon.There is no paint on the walls and there is no fancy equipment.Dorian's training partner Leroy is just awesome and Dorian is just phenomenal.This film is far better than films like Generation Iron and it gives you a behind the scene look into the realm of Professional Bodybuilding.This film was made in 1996 a year before Dorian's last contest after which he announced his retirement after suffering from a triceps injury.In my opinion Dorian Yates is one of greatest bodybuilders of all times and he took the sport of bodybuilding to a new level.

I can remember when this video was first released on VHS, I've lost count of the number of times I watched it to motivate me to train. Filmed in black and white with no voice over it made you feel as though you were a third training partner, hearing Leroy Davis belting out "Come on Diesel" and Dorian's "light weight for a small woman" may not be politically correct these days but still holds true. One thing that puzzles me is that although Wayne Gallasch claims to have directed this video I've always believed the original film was produced by the photographer Kevin Horton in 1994 so Mr Gallasch is clearly overstating his role in this video as he's basically copied the video onto a DVD and presented it as something original.
