10 out of 10... Our Cinema, Our College, Our School, Our Places, Our Man, Our Benzo Boy's, Our Darya, Our Creeks, Our Ferry, Our Boats, Our fish, Our Crab, Our Gardens.... Our Our Guhagar, how you everyone watch the final match on the big screen please watch like this. I have seen all the movies of Anna Ben..somehow you can say landscape view to satiate such a hunger but it didn't satisfy..but this cinama is from all of us all, satiated..one mark I could have cut is the language. , it's not ours. Good effort taken on language.. but if it's completely ours then others won't understand it so it's 10/10.
Unaad is a true masterpiece, deeply rooted in the rich culture and traditions of Maharashtra's Konkan region. It beautifully captures the essence of the local way of life
Full credit to the director Aditya Sarpotdar for crafting a film that feels genuinely authentic and true to the essence of life in Konkan. It felt less like watching a movie and more like peering through a magical window into the everyday lives of its people. A truly immersive experience.
The main character's transformation from a directionless brat to a mature, responsible man was captivating to watch. The plot never once felt boring, keeping me engaged throughout. Every character had a meaningful role, and the actors delivered remarkable performances, no matter how brief their screen time.
The background score and playback singing were also standout elements, elevating the entire experience. Additionally, the film beautifully highlights the lives of fishermen, and after watching, my respect for their hard work and resilience has grown immensely.
