As any parent will tell you, after Olympia gives birth and the baby is cleaned up before turned over to her, the child in the nurse's arms is much older and larger than a newborn, at least 6-9 months. This is actually a common mistake in movies and TV shows which show newborns, as they are much too fragile to be moved around in accordance with the demands of film production.
