Jaehyun Jeong, Bae Hyun-Sung, Roh Jeong-eui, and Park Hye-soo in Dear. M (2022)

Trivia

Dear. M

Edit
The release of the series was delayed for 1 year and 4 months, being digitally released on streaming platforms on June 29, 2022 from an original television release date of February 26, 2021. This is due to a high school bullying scandal that Park Hye-soo, the female lead, was involved in.
The series is a spin-off of the web-drama Love Playlist (2017-2019).
Bae Hyun-sung reprises his role as Park Ha-neul from Love Playlist (2017-2019). His character's love interest, Seo Ji-min, was recast from actress Kim Sae-ron to Roh Jeong-ui. Both characters now appear as the secondary couple.
The cast features 3 K-pop singers: Jaehyun of NCT, Lee Jin-hyuk of UP10TION, and Eunbin of CLC.
This is the acting debut of the lead actor, Jeong Jae-hyun. He is best known as a singer and member of the K-pop boy group NCT and its sub-unit NCT 127. He is the second member of the group to become an actor.
