World Cup Heist or the World Cup Heist: Director's Cut, or whatever it is, doesn't create much anticipation for a heist movie itself. I'm not sure if there was a budget as such, and the film lacks a certain quality due to the characters. Swaylee and Lee were interesting in this film but they couldn't deliver the entire plot. Rick's accent is certainly questionable and isn't convincing, and Paul constantly says the same things: "I'm so sorry Frankie" / "Under my watch" / "Come on Rick" Swaylee was giving it his all but most actors here were lacking and unfortunately brought him down with this. Soundtrack was a little weird at times.

Honestly how does this film exist there can be no worse film ever made in all of history. It's got every single one of the worst acting performances I've ever seen including a delusional 'American' guy who thinks he's Joe Pesci and the worst one of all was apparently in Rogue One? It's actually beyond incomprehensible that this was made and anyone involved thought it was anything other than a senseless inconceivable disaster Jesus Christ oh goodness god help me. I'm giving this a 2 stars just because they at least tried with no money but this wasn't entertaining. Stop making this a vanity project guys.

I read a reviewer that gave this movie 10/10, and I quote, "well done guys this is another example of how WINNERS work" (verbatim). I have no idea what movie she was watching. I didn't even get 20 minutes in before I called it quits. This movie is horrible! Never mind that it is clearly VERY low budget, which wouldn't be a deal-breaker, but I couldn't get past the terrible acting. If I were you, I'd skip past this one.

I watched this film on YouTube for free and I'm glad I did because apparently they got this film uploaded on Amazon prime to purchase?! No... World Cup Heist is extremely amateurish and unprofessionally made, and that's me putting it nicely in context. Appalling sound recording, mediocre camera work and certain people's acting is so over the top. Genuinely looks like a competition to see who can act the hardest or manliest. I'm not sure why this has been pestered with positive reviews which is why I think the reviews here have been fabricated immensely. Don't read these reviews and just avoid this film.

Really good idea! Very good actors involved in this. If only this was executed well and had more money to pull this off more effectively. Swaylee is great in the flick!

This had a large number of locations. Most of the movie is two people talking to each other. Nice to see an attempt at a heist film with no budget, but it didn't seem like everyone was having fun the way it normally does for these.

Very repetitive dialogue throughout the film as they say the same thing over and over again. Yes we know the power will cut off at 4:59PM, yes we know Paul likes to keep things in a military operation, yes no one has ever been caught under his watch... its the same thing over and over again.

Film should have had more mopney or maybe someone could have at least lent a quick buck or two to get something decent out of it.

World Cup Heist is a film like no other, filled with constant explanation of the heist but doesn't show anything. I would easily recommend something like "The Last Heist" (2022) instead cause at least that shows a tense and gripping heist in a well executed manner. This is somewhat cheap and lazy. The characters are unlikeable as all they try to do is hate each other and stab each other in the back. Nothing really makes sense and doesn't land anywhere and the ending is very abrupt and pointless. Nothing of the heist is shown and it's not a clever Reservoir Dogs way. Looks worse than something you would pay for in Poundland.

Well done everyone. This film adds some suspense feel to it as it keeps the audience curious and excited at the same time. I'm proud of you all and a brilliant team effort. I can that this film has potential.

Wow what a wonderful film! I am delighted with the plot and the characters themselves. I liked the design of the film and the production the most, I haven't seen such quality.

This is a very boring mundane film. I'm not sure where the positive reviews are coming from, probably the friends who just wrote biased reviews without watching the actual film. So the dialogue is basic dribble, everyone just repeats themselves and says something the audience is already aware of. There is all this build up to the heist but when it gets there - nothing actually happens. Some characters even contradict one another by stating different information that the others said before. Not sure about this film guys. Give it a miss if you can and watch something like The Nice Guys or Pineapple Express.

Wonderful movie! Deep meaning, acting at the highest level!

Riveting acting throughout, great cinematography and well written! I'm not fully sure what the hate is about I am guessing just pure jealousy! But I surely loved the bulk of the movie. I appreciate the tearjerker aspect and the action packed movie and the points it was making. Maybe a few jealous troll types are bored. This movie should be at the golden globes. More enjoy my review than expected so thanks so much!

Hello everyone, I really liked the movie, I strongly advise everyone who loves to watch movies about robberies.

I thought this movie was going to be just one of those you watch for the sake if nothing else to watch. How was I wrong great movie and Jane really is beautiful I would leave everything to go to Greece with her that extra guy is lucky.

I really enjoyed this film, a great effort in deed for this team. Fun and quirky action packed film. And a must watch.
