Hats off to the director Ashwin Ram!

Same concept from Suriya's Vel but it's okay nothing wrong to reuse a concept

Every visual looked amazing and rich.

Music was average.

Hip Hop Tamizha Aadhi's performance was good too.

Good cinematography work!

Overall one time watchable family entertainer.

Although it's not the best but way better than Sivakumarin Sabatham.

Although story of the movie was predictable from the word go, screenplay was good, but some scenes were very childish and could have been better filmed. Highlight of the movie was Vidharth's superb acting, he is there in almost every scenes and has scored with greater ease.

Other good performers are Aadhi & Asha Sarath, although Aadhi has lots of room to improve in his acting and showing emotions in face.

Another high point of the movie was its superb locales and excellent cinematography from Madhesh Manickam.

It's watchable with kids and some of the comedy scenes kids would love for sure.

Aadhi should perform better after so many movies. His acting has been stagnant. Screenplay was stale, and the songs were horrible. Director ashwin ram needs more finesse in his craft.

Definitely watch this film, it reminds me of old Tamil movies with family values. The social message was on point! The level of love, sentiment, and comedy was very well balanced. If you cry after watching this, then you still have a heart in today's world!

The story though not new, is an engaging affair. Problem is the acting. The lead can't act to save his life. His dual role, especially the urban one is so bad. Songs were tiresome. Director had some good ideas, but has failed in execution.

Family entertainer with a predictable story and a bad narration Overall- mixed family entertainer with a mix of old movie and it served good not better Anbarivu=vel + rajathi Raja + Sivakumarin sabatham These 3 movie combined and a better 2 nd half is this whole movie.. Initially it was lagging and later the story and screenplay looked better though a twisted but expected ending.. The cast selection were good and they did their job well. Aadhi acted in a dual role and it suited to some extent but there wasn't any variation and the same acting keeps us bored ..in Sivakumarin sabatham,sithappa role was here performed in this movie by another aadhi ( 2nd role)..rest nothing is extra..no role to heroin and they used 2 heroine..Rest everyone did good job and villain did to his extent.

This is my take on Anbarivu by debutant director Ashwin Raam. HipHop Aadhi has done a dual role in this film. This film is like a Tamil food named Avial which is a mix of a lot of vegetables and cooked properly but it missed the latter. This is a mix of a lot of crappy masala films and mixed into a much crappier version of those. Good elements in the film are two doll-like heroines who can't act and "Arakkiye" song other than these I can't find anything good to say about this movie. Coming to Aadhi he should seriously avoid message-oriented cringe films. He says some valid points but it become more and more frustrated when he does this repeatedly.

Good movie to watch with family. Good script and very nostalgic village setting. Great cast and screenplay. Not a lot of hype, just plain simple movie that leaves a good feel.

What happened to you man ? Do you think these kind of movie will gives you block buster hit? Illogical Story, and the worst thing is your hairstyle.

Frankly speaking your 1st and last good movie is Meesaya muruku. After that you are dead.

Movie is very good .old story but not boring.hip hop tamila acting is good. Can watch with family.compare to other aadhi movies recenty this one is worth watching.

Aadhi anna please concentrate either in music alone or if you wish to act kindly select good movie... Also take time one or two years kuda break eduthukonga.. Story nala select pani nadinga..... Last two movies a ur acting looks bad... Huge disappointment being ur fan.

A Good Family Entertainment movie from HipHop Adhi.

Adhi Captures some family Audience with this movie Some scenes are predictable and not bored.

This movie is worst and I can't even cross 10 min of it. Aadhi quit from cinema and get a life.. pls stop.

To be honest... appreciate the producer braveness for making again this 1000 times story.

Madurai-karanna not just only with language slangs... should come with everything & should be very natural. Watch Aadukalam, Parutthiveeran movies min. 50 times.

Having great artists like Napoleon, Vidharth, Saikumar etc but wasted their talents.

For Aadhi.... completely not fit this role when he do some mannerisms like Madurai people... mudiyala saamy. Please select apt roles hereafter & perform well. All the very best.

A story of a selfish lady who loves a guy and stays with dad leaving her husband with one of the twin son and reunites with the husband 24 years later once she gets to know that husband is a successful person in Canada.

Right from the moment the movie started this lady Asha Sarath (hero's mom) takes all the non sense decisions in life. If this one lady was perfect then there would be no problems in the village, no problems between the twins, no problems in the family.

Aah ooh na tamil, tamilan, jallikattu, oor paasam nu cringe panitu irukanunga. Inda aadhi kitta irundu hip hop thamizha pattatha pudungi eriyunga da yeba..

This movie is so bad. I tried to rate this movie with half star. Napoleon and other actors were wasted in this movie. Don't watch this movie. It's a waste of time.
