Honestly speaking, I'm not really a big fan of CDrama, but this one was different and I liked the drama very much. Saw a few episodes of the show in YT and was kept interested as I watched more episodes. 'Cute Programmer' was a simple, fun and cute show. Loved the onscreen chemistry of the main leads - Xudan Zhu and Zhaolin Xing. They made a very cute onscreen couple. I enjoyed watching the whole show coz of the simple storyline and not OTT and vicious scenes, which were the common theme in most Cdramas. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to watch a simple love story and feeling good at the end after watching the whole show. It's a happy ending for the show's lead and supporting characters.

Storyline is repeatative and Annoying. It's been overused. Just when you thought that the female lead is growing some spine, she doesn't.

Make lead cannot communicate properly, has short temper and can be easily manipulated, yet he is a successful CEO ! HOW ??

Anyhow, hats off the the second lead and the third lead, their characters were mature and calmer. The second lead was actually a breath of fresh air.

And the female lead is very beautiful, and big eyes. Her acting was mostly good but what can one do with this kind of storyline!!

I wasted 30 hours of my life, to watch this toxic relationship.

A very good plot. It holds your interest and make you suffer until you watch the next episode. Especially the actress did a great job and acc to me second male lead was better than male lead.

This started out as a great series but the male lead is very disliked for how he acts and treats females. This is literally a sexist drama. Don't understand why females are loving this drama, even I feel terrible for the way the male lead treats his female lead. It's so repetitive and unjust I don't understand why females put up with these types of men and get hurt over and over and over again. There are no spoilers at all as this is evident from the very beginning of the show and carried throughout. It's getting to the point where I do not want to finish the drama. I do try to finish and all tho.

This is a fun and cute love story about a girl programmer who has had a crush on her "senior" college mentor who never actually noticed her in college. Her goal was to be as good as him and work for him some day. She goes to great lengths to make that happen. It is the cutest love story but love doesn't come easy as there are all kinds of obstacles along the way such as girls are not accepted as programmers, previous girlfriend who is evil and interfering, arranged marriage, and more. Love for programmers is hard as they are used no nonsense, no mistakes, timelines and overtime. The ending of this story is great so it is worth finishing every single episode even though sometimes it gets hard due to the stress of the love challenges. The male lead is my favorite actor as he was cast perfectly as handsome, intelligent, able to handle any business challenge, takes the lead, but childish when it comes to love which is the trait of the character.
