In Sunday’s episode of the HBO dramedy, Jaclyn (played by Michelle Monaghan) snuck yoga instructor Valentin into her room for a late-night tryst, even though she’d been pushing her friend Laurie (played by Carrie Coon) to hook up with Valentin all vacation long. The Season 4 plot follows legendary stand-up comedian Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) as she gears up for her nightly talk show with the help of her on-again/off-again comedy writer Ava Daniels (Hannah Einbinder). Severance is back for Season 2 after a three-year delay, and it's expected to receive a goat-load of Emmy love. Adam Scott, Britt Lower, John Turturro, and Zach Cherry play office workers at the sinister Lumon Industries, who all agree to separate their workplace memories from their external memories.

The White Lotus Season 3 had another shocking moment in Episode 4: Jason Isaac's character (indecently) exposed himself in a scene. When pressed for answers, Isaacs explained why he didn't want to describe that on-screen nudity in detail.

During an interview with CBS Mornings, Jason Isaacs was asked if he wore a prosthetic for his nude scene in The White Lotus Season 3. Leslie Bibb is praising Sam Rockwell’s monologue on The White Lotus after his special guest appearance on the HBO drama series created by Mike White.

During an appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen asked Bibb if her significant other ran lines with her as they filmed the series in Thailand.

“I ran lines with him,” Bibb said on the late-night talk show. “I think that monologue is iconic and I think it’s really what the whole season is about — what Mike’s really saying there.”

In multiple interviews last week, the 61-year-old actor was asked if he was wearing a prosthetic during that scene or if he was showing his actual anatomy.

“I think it’s interesting that there’s a double standard for men,” Jason told CBS Mornings. “But when women are naked… nobody would dream of talking to her about her genitalia or her nipples or any of those things. So, its odd that there’s a double standard.”

Fans of “The White Lotus” are likely still processing Sam Rockwell’s big monologue in Episode 5. But Rockwell’s partner and fellow “White Lotus” star Leslie Bibb thinks there’s another reason why viewers should be paying close attention to his “unapologetic” appearance.

“I remember when I read all eight [episodes], and I remember when I got to this monologue and this scene,” Bibb said on “CBS Mornings” on Tuesday. “I remember thinking I had never seen anything like this before on television, and I felt like it was what Mike [White] was really trying to talk about for the show.”

Mike White’s The White Lotus began as a hilarious mirror to the rich American life as they go on vacation and live in luxury hotels but in season 3, the showrunner seems to stray from the Usp of the series.

The latest season of the dark comedy is more dark than comedy and it is alienating some of the hardcore fans of the show. The White Lotus is an anthology series, with each season setting up different characters in a different branch of the eponymous luxury chain. However, there are no Tanyas or Armonds to give some much-needed laughs this time.

HBO's hit anthology satire The White Lotusis currently airing its third season, sending fans across the world abuzz with theories about the show's complex characters and central murder mystery. Each season of the dark comedy, which aims to tackle the implications of tourism and class disparity, is set at a different hotel from the titular resort chain.

However, despite the overt anti-tourism messaging of The White Lotus, the locations at which the ever-popular show was shot are reporting more tourism than ever in what is now being dubbed "The White Lotus effect." This phenomenon predominantly affects Four Seasons Resorts in Hawaii and Sicily, the settings for Seasons 1 and 2 of The White Lotus, respectively. The current season, which is based in Thailand, is satirizing the Western commodification of spirituality. Many are increasingly concerned that the cultural prevalence of The White Lotus will create over-tourism in Thailand, having an ironic and potentially devastating impact.

The Oscar-winning actor guested as Walton Goggins‘ character Rick’s old friend who evidently owes Rick a favor, but he’s now sober and found religion, so he’s not interested in getting drunk with Rick.
