Beautiful scenery

The scenery steals the show! The female lead was so listless and unbelievable and as a physician that it was no wonder her fiancee left her. The male lead was better but it was probably a struggle to make a romance from a wedding disaster. The secondary romance was more believable and low key. For a medical mission it needed at least some medical problems to treat; too much time sightseeing and laying around the beach and pool. The climax where the four were stranded never felt like they were in any kind of trouble, a missed opportunity in the story.

The coincidences were too much- twin brothers, one nice and the other not so; then the major coincidence of meeting in the Philippines by chance.
