The anime's official website released the Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy Season 2 preview along with additional cast details of the J.C. Staff-produced series, with Ai Kakuma voicing Hibiki Otonashi and Ami Koshimizu voicing Navarre Polar.

A brief teaser trailer, which is available on Aniplex's official YouTube channel, verifies that the third season of the dark fantasy series will debut in January and that the plot will adapt the "Shimane Illuminati" arc from Kato's manga.
