It's hard not to enjoy the ironic nature of the premise and tone of this short film, as we understand the panic of the protagonist's condition and simultaneously smile at his resolve on every situation.

Being thrown into the sailor's gaze, we understand the dizzy nature of his perception of things, getting closer and closer into his confusion every time things break out of normality.

As we get deeper into the compulsive rhythm of the protagonist's routine, we understand the inevitability of what will be the accelerated end of his tale, until we reach the (anti)climatic but satisfying end to a remarkably stylised piece of animation.
