A story of self-improvement.

An aircraftcash: the 18 years old Dorine has lost the use of her legs. A tremendous moment for her and also for her parents. She is bad tempered, sometimes drinks to much, she has nightmares, she is desperate and hopeless. But one day she sees a video of a handicapped pilot and she awakes. She meets this pilot, Guillaume who invites her to a flight. Little b little flying becomes her way of self-improvement. Then come the encounter with Martin, her marriage , the childbirth and the crisis of the marriage.

Besides the film is based on a true story.

An interesting story with good performances of Alice Taglioni, Aïssa Maïga, Lanny Gautry, Fanny Cottençon, Sm Karmann ,Cyril Gueï and Cassie Makoubo Fowe.

Was slated to be filmed between March 2nd and March 24th 2020, but production was interrupted midway through due to France's national lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was able to continue and finish later that year from June 18th to July 6th.

Alternate versions
Is distributed in two forms: in two parts, respectively about 50 minutes and 42 minutes in length for a total running time of about 92 minutes, or as a single TV movie approximately 89 minutes long. The film's opening is significantly different in the two versions, with the 89 minute cut starting with a three minute flash-forward of an adult Dorine flying, and removing several scenes with the younger Dorine, including her flying before the accident, her being found by rescuers and her friend Marion coming to visit her at the hospital. Actors Charles Durot and Denis Mazeaud are completely cut from the 89 minute version.
