Well, with the dreadful, humorous tone of the series. Sexual abuse is never pretty and the "dark" humour (which is actually triteness) is completely inappropriate. Imagine if this had been a fifteen year old girl who'd been abused by a 50 year old male teacher! But the writers and producers thought a series where the abused was a lad and the abuser a woman could be funny.
Then, where were the cops? Where were the interviews under caution? Instead, we got some kind of reporter-led investigation initiated by Ivan's furious father.
When machiavellian plotlines began to surface and stalking involving other crimes, that was the time to throw in the towel. I'd watched two episodes and skimmed through the third to see if anything could be retrieved but it was clear it couldn't be so I gave up.
Not recommended in the slightest.

... sometimes you are better off not knowing anything about a production before starting watching, sometimes the opposite... here not looking for flaws has great benefits, as you just then are able to watch all the craziness and not be influenced by anyone's thoughts-critique... it's the only way to accepting the pleasures of such nuttiness
... and there's really lots-to-like... the entire cast with little exception are absolutely terrific... many shows of this genre are not really this amusing, so well done in their entirety... here in YSNL you'll find yourself laughing-amused much more than you thought you ever might... accept all the glorious confusion as being completely not normal, not trying to make sense of any of it, until the very ending of S2, as things become clear
... so don't read anything beforehand, go in clean slate... odds are you'll be rewarded for that choice... then you'll so be looking forward to Season 3... REALLY-looking-forward to it... part 3 of their next installment of insanity... with the introduction of what would appear an interesting-nutty-new-character... probably more, coming from our ever-persecuted leading-lady's new surroundings.

Where to start, the story is set in an affluent community where a teacher is accused of being inappropriate with a student. From the beginning, the script is immature and ridiculous, there is over acting to the extreme, it is over dramatic, immature and frankly full of stupid characters, 'there is little action, but drawn out, incredibly repetitive discussions. That is, epitome of ridiculous characters, script and storyline. Added to that, a sensitive subject that is not given the gravity it deserves. Strangely, by episode 3, I thought I was watching episode one repeated with more arguments, hyper characters, face slapping and storming off. Had to keep fast forwarding to finish.
Horrible! The show is also well shot, and the editing, with the classic flashback method, isn't bad either, technically nothing to complain about. The problem is the script, ridiculous and bordering on shameful, with characters that are absolutely not credible or, worse, completely insipid, they all seem like 15-year-olds in heat. Difficult to find the dumbest character in this show, I think they compete for the worst human being on planet earth or at least the most stupid. If 15-year-olds had shot it, it would have been more believable, unwatchable, but more believable! Boring, useless, stupid, superficial, ridiculous TV series. 4 only for cinematic technique. Annoying!
....wrote that long winded positive review must have been paid.
This is extremely trite lightweight tripe and an insult to abuse and imbalance of power issues.
Did I read black humour? No it's clumsy humour that backfires delivered by ridiculous characters saying and doing improbable things, the only credible one so far is Mac's husband.
And it's time to stop women slapping men because they're angry in tv shows and movies. If this were reversed it would cause the male to be identified as an violent scumbag.
I think overall this shows the Spanish culture has a lot of catching up to do.
