A dead dolphin on a Bulgarian beach. The holes of bullets proves the activity of poachers. But the answer of autorities is more than bad , mix of indiference and hypocrisy. And the poor dolphin presence becomes the test for define each character .
As Romanian, I suppose , Ribena Kost is one of films first for Balkans and East Europe, familiar with this kind of situations, with absurd reactions, bureaucracy and versions of cowardness or thirst of justice .
For the other , a kind of soft Kusturica or something reminding French camping commedies.
Significant is the bitterness of situation and the unsalted reactions.
The virtue - the nudist venerable couple from the opening of film and their dialogue.
