Not worth the watch. Long and pointless plots that resolve nothing.
The trapped mother story line is exhausting to watch and that is half the show, it's so frustrating to watch someone talk to a robot about escape every other scene of every episode, and literally nothing ever happens.... Why they decided to make this part of the show is beyond me.
The show is more for 12-year-old boys, which makes it weird that it says it is made for mature audience. Episodes like "Dude kinda looks like a lady" and the episode where they had to jerk off to save the day, and u got an episode about interns being slaves.
The good thing about the show that the characters aren't one dimensional, they are flat but whatever. I also liked "Flowers for Chudley" episode.

It's too bad it only got on season. I like the art style of the cartoon, the characters are all weird in their specific ways and the episodes were entertaining with nothing feeling overdone.
I also really appreciate the setting of a desert apocalypse but one ding I'll give is the story with the mother of two main characters being trapped in a bunker. Her character is like a diet Sarah Connor that's gone flat and warm. I can see what they were going for with the bunker's AI and trying to keep DSC locked in for "her safety" but the interactions were more annoying than funny. The rest of the toon has enough weirdness and quirkiness that I would really like more seasons.
