Chloë Grace Moretz in Mother/Android (2021)

Goofs

Mother/Android

Edit

Continuity

The photo of Sam that Georgia burns near the end of the film is different to the one shown just after it is taken earlier in the story. In the photo that is put into the fire, Sam is on the left hand side of the image while the earlier shot has him more center frame.

Factual errors

When Georgia, Sam and the others witness the first glitch outside on the street, a white car be seen (and heard) speeding away with an audibly revving motor. That car, though, is a Tesla Model 3, which features electric motors instead of a combustion engine, thus unable to emit such sound.
They use the camera to take a family photo after they activated the emp. This would have fried the camera as well.
It is highly unlikely that there would be viable gasoline for the motorcycle. Even when properly stored, modern gasoline starts to deteriorate after 2-3 months.

Miscellaneous

Like in many monster movies, the film drastically underestimates the destructive power of a modern military force. The androids are shown to be only nominally tougher than humans, able to be destroyed with a few bullets or swings of a baseball bat. While their apparent inability to feel pain, and their indifference to their own safety would potentially give them an edge in close quarters combat, it would do nothing to protect them from artillery, missiles, and other weapons in a modern arsenal. Their apparent preference for massed swarm attacks would leave them especially vulnerable to these kinds of weapons.
The androids' toughness seems to fluctuate inversely to the threat they face. Georgia is able to easily kill Arthur with a pistol, but the heavily armed soldiers are massacred by the other androids.
The Koreans tell Georgia that they are not taking adults because they are another mouth to feed. While this is true, the baby is also another mouth to feed and person to house, and unlike the baby, Georgia can perform useful economic labor.

Plot holes

It's shown that easy hand held technology exists to detect androids. Given this, there would be no way for Arthur to slip undetected past Bostons guards.
No explanation is given for how Arthur could have gotten a mob of other androids into Bsoton.
