One of the best greek comedies of the 21st century

What can I say, I love the writing-directing duo Reppas Papathanasiou. I loved their previous feature films as well as their TV and theatre work, and Afstiros Katallilo was no different. With an all star cast, funny dialogue and good directing making the scenes even more comedic, this film is so funny no matter how many times I've seen it. And I've seen it a lot. It also gives a behind the scenes look at the film industry of that time.

Too bad that it came out just before the economic crisis of 2008, because I think it would have led a Renaissance in the Greek film industry.

Highly recommended.
