Continuity

When Lilith goes through the pile of Grace's mail on the kitchen counter, one of the envelopes is addressed to Grace Bailey (her maiden name) with 2101 Pine or Prine Ct. as the street address, and the one she picks up and opens is addressed to Grace McGuire (married name) at 8537 Pershing Ave. Also, there's no stamp on the envelope, but that could be because someone from the Homeowners Association placed it in her mailbox. Lastly, there were a few errors on the Homeowners Association rules violation form: 1) only the first name 'Kristen' with no last name as the complainant, 2) the 8537 Pershing address as Kristen's address, 3) and then listed again on the form as Grace's address - which it actually is - just underneath Kristen's.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

There is some kind of weird mistake with the title of the movie. At the beginning, it has "The Single Mom Conspiracy" as the title in the opening credits, but that title doesn't fit the story-line at all, and neither does the description of that title in Google:

"A single mother links the kidnapping of her teenage daughter to a devious plot hatched by those closest to her."

The teenage daughter, Charlie, was never kidnapped in "An Organized Kill". And the two Lifetime-related links in the Google search give the actual description and character names of this movie - "An Organized Kill" - as the description for "A Single Mom Conspiracy". Correction: The daughter was kidnapped but it wasn't until near the end of the movie. The movie title isn't wrong either.

Character error

When Lilith puts Charlie's bag on the kitchen counter after sneaking 2 bottles of alcohol into it, there's a distinct sound of glass clinking together, but Charlie - who is only a few feet away when she turns around to see Lilith put it there - doesn't notice any unusual sounds at all.
