This is the second-to-longest documentary on the 2-Disc Extreme Edition DVD of Alien Vs. Predator of the ones that have their own pages here on the site, with a running time of 26 minutes or a full 33 minutes if watched in the Enhanced Viewing Mode that adds a 7 minute clip of tests done with mechanical Xenomorphs and Ian in the suit. This consists of behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, clips of the movies(this and some of the ones that came before it), stills and storyboards. It goes into the comics, the idea, Anderson's enthusiastic studio pitch(and you can *really* tell what a dork he is in this… unfortunately, that helps solidify the notion that nerds should not be allowed to do adaptations or sequels of what they love, and that isn't always the case). If this looks familiar to you, it's because portions of it were released online when it was being promoted(as part of said marketing). Paul goes into the design of the costumes, the look and, of course, the new(as well as the updated) weapons. This keeps to a nice pace and is informational throughout. It doesn't give anything away, either. I recommend this to any fan of the flick. 7/10
