Gekijouban Seitokai Yakuindomo 2

The characters carry over from the series and movie, but this is more or less a group of disjointed stories jammed together with emphasis on possible risque interpretations of anything said or done by any of the characters.

It is fairly fun to watch, but hurries too much to get from point A to point B, manages to step on itself in timing, and if it had a single story to support the segments it would have been much better.
