Wittman and De Larroche based the film around the first 12 hours of improvised interview segments with Claire. After Wittman edited all the solo interview segments, they were able to build out the story.
Every actor in the film was cast out of Wittman's acting class.
Clairevoyant was made on a budget of 3k, and sold at the Cannes Marché du Film.
De Larroche and Wittman rented a camera on the weekends and shot the film over a series of months to keep the price down.
