Michael Fredianelli delivers an original take on the serial killer vs. FBI agent narrative. The suspense is well built and entertained and the plot has some brilliant unexpected twists. Solid watch
When it comes to acting, I'm really not sensitive. Often when people write about how awful the acting is in a movie, I haven't even noticed. But in this movie it's really something else. Stiff lines delivered without a hint of acting skills.
I guess most people have seen The Room by now. I'm not even exaggerating when I say that the lines and the acting is at that level. It's like some kids in high school got an hour to write dialogue and then "act" it out.
Since there was no way to get captivated by the story, being constantly reminded that these were ordinary people reading clumsy lines, I turned it off about 10 minutes, so I can't say much about the overall plot. However, already in these first minutes you could tell that the writing was also incredibly stupid. No way FBI agents would act like this, especially not like the female lead.

A suspenseful, aptly horrifying ride! There's some division on this film. I think it comes down to how much you like indie filmmaking. If you're expecting a big-budget, slick, fake movie, you're going to be disappointed. But if you want a thrilling horror film, raw, edgy, real, then this is for you. I was thoroughly into it!
Not perfect, but about as close as a low-budget Indie can get, this is a film well worth checking out. Solid production value and performances, maybe a little inspiration from Dexter mixed in with an intriguing procedural, and you won't be left with feeling like "better luck next time."
Acting is unbelievably pitiful. Writing is horrible. As a submariner who prides himself in being able to complete any movie I sit down to watch...I have to say, after four tries I still was unable to complete more than 1 hour and 9 minutes. Puke fest.
