Walker is an assassin, one of the best in the business. But this time one of the witnesses wasn’t as dead as they seemed to be. With his cover potentially blown, he needs a trip to “Reassignment Center 42” to be fitted out with a new identity, a process that he seems to be quite familiar with.
This time however there’s barely time for him to have his fingerprints burned off before the facility comes under attack by a team of heavily armed mercenaries under the command of Keates. Their target is Juliet and her protector Elda.
Director Brad Watson’s credits run more towards horror films such as Beacon 77 and For We Are Many than action, and The Siege is Nicole Bartlett’s first produced script...

Who among us can't relate to a post-apocalyptic movie where a virulent plague wipes out most of humanity and leaves only a few survivors left to pick up the pieces? That sense of familiarity might vanish once you realize that those left behind appear to be incredibly buff action heroes straight out of a 1980s action flick, but that's just part of the appeal of a movie like "Last Man Down." Ahead of the action/thriller's imminent release in a couple of weeks, /Film can exclusively bring you a new clip from the upcoming film. You can see the footage below, as well...

"Kill him and get the girl!" Saban Films has released an official trailer for an action thriller titled Last Man Down, the second feature made by Swedish filmmaker Fansu Njie. It opens direct-to-vod starting in October, and this really does look like direct-to-video quality. Daniel Stisen stars as John Wood, who left the pieces of a broken civilization behind after a virus pandemic, to go back to his roots in the woodlands. Years later a wounded woman appears on his doorstep, claiming to have escaped from a lab because they believe her blood is the key to a worldwide cure. The film also stars Olga Kent, Daniel Nehme, Stanislav Yanevski, Madeleine Vall, and Natassia Malthe. This definitely looks like a macho woodsman badass takes-on-the-government-assholes kind of film, which might actually be entertaining to watch? Lock 'n load. Here's the official trailer (+ poster) for Fansu Njie's Last Man Down, direct from...
