When Gwen pulled up in her car outside Bill's garage a piece of tumbleweed was trapped against the front of the car. From the side view it had disappeared, but then when she left and the camera angle was back to the front of the car the tumbleweed was back again.
Bill shows Danny his new pistol, that he describes as a 1870s Colt used by Josey Wales (certainly referring to the 1976 film "The Outlaw Josey Wales"). But the pistol is actually a modern double action revolver which appears to be a Colt Python.
When Danny's left leg was allegedly trapped under the car there was a considerable gap between his right leg and the bottom of the car so why didn't he just move his left leg to the right then he could pull it out.
