Fantastic and very original!

Bring tissue not only to cry but to laugh your head off! This movie was amazing! There are subtitles but it's very easy to understand the story. Spend the money and go see this you'll really enjoy it!

Not suitable for big screen

This movie consist 5 stories mostly about village. 1st story is the best with natural acting and great tempo by two relative, 2nd acceptable cause the love of China Detective movie, 3rd boring messy scene but great acting by FangWei ,4th over exaggerate and unlikable acting by Deng zhao, 5th didn't see because 3rd and 4th make me bore to sleep and leave the cinema.

Real joy and sorrow

It has a sense of honesty to show the real life of normal people, and it's the reason why it touches me a lot. That's why I like the second story, An Alien from the Heaven the mostly, for it's about my hometown, and the director didn't try even a little to hide the dilemma to which we used to face: poverty caused by mountain landforms. To see the main character as a cyber celebrity tried his best to get rid of it is also a real reflection of how I see my hometown developing year by year. It's not only about a country, but also about the people.

In other stories, I can also find the spot in my real life, from people around me.

So in my opinion, the biggest point of success compared with its predecessor " My people, my country" is the emphasis and respect to normal people and developing regions-and also the form of comedy. Interesting performance and contagious laughing are absolutely the opposite sides against boring propaganda and pale yelling. All in all, this is the best comedy I've ever seen these years. Sometimes I laugh, but sometimes I wipe, for I see the real joy and sorrow as a normal Chinese.

CCP is the root cause of China's lagging rural development

If criticism is not free, praise is meaningless. The achievements of individual points cannot cover up the collapse of the whole face. The rural areas, the biggest payers of China's development over the past 40 years, have been bled for a long time, losing their momentum and potential for development. The problems of rural China are the inevitable result of the CCP's development strategy. The current fundamental problems of rural China cannot be solved by a political show or a few movies. Instead, the CCP is afraid to face the problem squarely, hindering its solution.
