Unfortunately, Jefri Nichol and glossy pictures can't save this poorly-written and bland based-on-the-best-selling-novel-by-Boy-Candra film filled with boring plot and characters.

I don't hate it. The ending could have saved it but it didn't. The main actor did a very good job portraying a young man with a broken heart and i liked his character, but there was no depth the main female lead drifts from one boyfriend to the other thinking she's in love the moment they confess and getting over the breakup 5 minutes later. very shallow and a complete waste of time.
Gave it a four because of the boy, he's a charasmatic actor

Its plot is not original at all, but it serves to entertain you for a little while.

Worst movie i've seen in my entire life, what is this story, it is so much irritating and frustrating, side role characters are much prominent than the lead ones, the girl tiara and boy juned would have focused more than irritating kevin character.
I never gave one to any movie But this irritating story don't even deserve one also.

"Like the Rain Falling" is an Indonesian dramatic post-teen film.
It is about a twenty-something boy who is in love with his best friend and suffers every time his heart is broken, while he looks for how to tell her how he feels about her, it also brings the story of a boy who falls in love with her.
It could easily seem generic to what we have always seen but the script turns into interesting moments.
Explore without preamble the fear we have of being hurt if we show our true feelings, the fragile self-esteem that we can have after love disappointments.
The script has clever sparkles.
Quality.
Based on a book.
With very dramatic and well accomplished moments.
The leading roles are well done, the cast very little.
The narrative is in the first person.
An option to spend the afternoon.
Although the ending is predictable like all of the genre, the trip becomes interesting.
I truly enjoyed this movie. I'd watch it multiple times again and even add it to my favorites list. Wonderful job on this movie , such a beautiful and relatable story.

"Cinta seperti Hujan yang Jatuh" has a good story, moderate genre, and sad music. This time, Jefri Nichol no longer played with Amanda Rawles, instead with Aurora Ribero in this movie. This is the only Screenplay and IFI Sinema film to not have Bintang di Hati, as found on Dancing in the Rain.
