Goofs
In the beginning you see spackle fall from a hole in the wall, and the handyman explains the hole is always there. That could because filling it with spackle is not how you fix a hole that size. Square out the hole and add a piece of drywall.

Why is it called room 203 when the room is clearly not on the 2nd floor

Slow paced well acted. Looks and feels like a Japanese movie. Which it is adapted from. I can't get over exterior shots of the room and the interior shots of the views from the room's windows are clearly not shot from the 2nd floor.
