Fugô Keiji Balance: UNLIMITED (2020)

Trivia

Fugô Keiji Balance: UNLIMITED

Edit
Yasutaka Tsutsui's "Fugou Keiji" novel was written in 1978. This show sets the story in the current era (2020).
The series premiered in April 2020, but due to the 2020 coronavirus epidemic the release date was pushed forward to July 2020.
The technology and science website Gizmodo Japan was hired to ensure that gadgets are realistically portrayed in the anime. The website is credited with "gadget co-ordination".
According to Gizmodo Japan, Kanbe's artificial intelligence butler is named HEUSC. This is short for Heuristic Scaler.

Heuristics is the computing ability to achieve the best (not necessarily the right or ideal) solution in a situation. This name reflects Kanbe's approach to find the quickest solution to a case with his money or other resources.
Both Mamoru Miyano (Haru Kato) and Akira Kamiya (Chosuke Nakamoto) share the role of Shutaro Mendo from the space comedy "Urusei Yatsura". Furukawa voiced the role from 1981 in Lamu (1981) to 2022, when Miyano took over in Urusei yatsura (2022).
