The gameplay is really fun just pounding at the scream and trying to be as precise as possible and fast as possible almost feels like being a real doctor in the hectic sect duration. It is very very entertainment even if in the later levels it gets ridiculous. How fast you have to be.
And the story is very fun soap opera with terrorless and diseases and all of that stuff. It is a fun drama.
Even if there was one level that almost broke me. It was level episode 3-9 that was just so hard and I still now don't really understand that mechanic of it, but at least I figure out in the last level because if not then I would be stuck. I had to look at a walkthrough to see what they were doing it was horrible.
The music is so fun and obeyed but still has a sad mellow tone to it. Maybe it's because it's the same composer that did persona 3 but I get the feeling of depression with a slight bit of happiness through it. It's not like persona 3 I still have on my phone playing but it's very good.
I wish there was voice acting in it but on the other hand if I had to replay the missions with voices playing all the time. I would be annoyed I mean there are some voices by but it's more like one voice sample once in a while.
The Nintendo Wii existed for this kind of game those games that are weird have big ideas and know what to do with the point, is a good and unique experience and it's worth playing today.

Why the hell is the sound mixing in this game SO AWFUL? Scratch that, in all of the series. Ow my ears. There is no options in the settings to adjust, it's just a hard ON/OFF switch. Talk about bad game design
The characters are ok, the game make an effort for characters especially designs but unfortunately we have the same cardboard as the rest (of the minor character). Only the mcs retain some sort of personality. Plot borrows from the DS version, adds a small plot for the 2nd mc but cuts out the ending of the DS for some reason. Difficulty is a bit better and adds some selection instead of it being locked in.
