It's cute it makes me think of a Dominican version of the Goldbergs how cool. I absolutely love the mom her character is so bad ass and just awesome she does her part so well and the dad is just simply put hot but also a very good man we definitely need more of those in this world so thanks for that.

It's a good first season I can't wait to see more an especially see what cucu gets up to next however I didn't really care for the sisters part as much but we will see how they progress her in the hopefully second season 🤞

This was such a fun show, my grandma passed away two weeks ago and I really really needed something to get me out of my funk and the Gordita chronicles is exactly what I needed! I'm a 90's baby but I felt like cucu is my cousin and we dealt w a lot of the same - I loved riggo and yoshy and Ashley , cucus mom is an amazing character and so true to the Latina momma and dad character is so hot and a really nice guy - can not wait for the next season! I watched all 10 episodes in 24 hrs! Loved it!

Finally a show about dominicans. Zoe Saldana who is Dominican executive produced it, the actress that plays the mom is Dominican, the actress that does the voice over is Dominican. Finally and the show is funny. Good memories for me. My peeps got a show.

It is hilarious! Reminds me of my family! Me gusta mucho! I like this very much! I may not be from the D. R. but being Hispanic with Mexican roots; it still reminds me of family and the importance of such phrase.

The best show in years! I loved the characters, I loved the vibe that they brought. They brought optimism and hope in an unknown situation. It brought light to issues that people of color and other races encounter each day. This show was about family and being there for each other and figuring it out for themselves along the way. It didn't over do it on the culture biases, fighting, or hate. I was able to enjoy the show with my kids. I loved the kids on the show it reminded me of a "full house" or "family matters". I wish I had a show as good as this when I grew up. HOW COULD YOU CANCEL THIS AMAZING SHOW! GORDITAS FOR LIFE!

"Holier than wow"

This show took me by surprise - I love the cast, cute episodes, and a wonderful family dynamic you can't help but root for. I really hope HBO makes at least 3-4 seasons of this show.

The show is based on the 80s but I was watching with my dad and he was like these songs are from the 90s. It's like did anyone who was involved in the show know Spanish music?

My kids loved this show. It was smart and funny with great characters. We are not from the D. R but could totally relate to this family. HBO stop canceling good Latinx shows before giving them a chance.

The overacting is beyond my capacity... so many cliches from Latin and usa people, I just don't get how this is funny at all. Basic story is almost obvious. Just a waste of time.

Loved watching this with the family, it brought back memories when I came to the US. The show is funny, and it has great representation.

The main character is perfect, and I liked the added characters. Each episode was unique and couldn't wait for the next.

It is a must watch!!! Enjoyed every moment. It was funny and very relatable, to those of us first generation, 80's kids. I can't wait for season 2!!!! Hoping it comes out sooner than later. Thanks to the producers for making a show that represents the Latino community.

This show sucked me in the first episode. Absolutely love Cucu, and the rest of the cast. Really hope this show gets signed for many more seasons! We need more Latinx shows! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

This is a must watch. It covers personal topics but with a funny twist I love it. Especially the character development of the kids and adults 10/10!!!

This show has hands down been the greatest thing to happen to my family. This show encourages so much body positivity for all of us, my husband, 3 daughters and son. An amazing show with an amazing cast.

I felt so connected to this show. Not only the acting and production was beautifully done but the essence of being a Latino in Miami was captured so perfectly. I do hope to see more shows like this but for now I'll be awaiting a second season. It's about time Sony!!

Not just something to watch .. to me it's worth watching .. from the first episode to the last episode of the first season .. I felt like it was well written.. the actresses and actors are hilarious.: I can't wait for season two .

IT is terrible that this show was canceled. It was an awesome and surprisingly clean show. Hopefully, another network will reprise it. There are countless shows that could have been dropped that are tasteless, boring, and immorally embarrsing like the new "Scooby Doo" series. That is a disgusting redition of the "children's classic." To see two roaches having sex is beyond reprehensible, but yet, the show still goes on. I hope that HBO reverse their decision and bring the Gordita Chronicles back. I was able to watch this binge-watch this show without a break. HBOMAX has went too far by removing to show all together.

I loved this show and can't wait for the new season to be released on June 23rd!! It's funny and so relatable to a latina first gen. Cucu point of view perspective is witty and empowering with that she had lived since living in the US.

I love it . I will like to see season 2. I am glad this series shows high self esteem in gorditas and they can do anything they out their mind too. Hope it continues to show that not all Dominicans are lazy. There are hard working Dominicans.

What an amazing authentic show. The show is light hearted and so easy to binge watch. I can't wait for more seasons. Hopefully they will bring in more characters.

Kudos to HBO for their new Latino family friendly shows! I absolutely love this show!

It's funny and cute and once more I'm happy to say that you can watch it with the entire family and there aren't any inappropriate scenes.

My daughters (13 and 11), wife, and I have been watching this show together and we love it! It does a wonderful job of developing the characters as they make a new life in Miami.

Not only is the show hilarious, adorable, and engaging... but Noah Rico makes me come back to watch every episode ever.

Also Jake Warnecke, the casting associate, is incredible.

I can't wait for season 2. I love everything about gordita chronicles. In love with yoshy hernandez. I hope more seasons come soon. I really like the story, the cast, they are amazing actors.

I absolutely loved this first season and I'm now looking forward to many more to come!

Now that Cucu feels like one more of the Bubble Gum girls, it will be very interesting to see her interact more with them. Perhaps there could even be a "Bubble Girls" series! So many great advebturs could come up!

Great way to show all the struggles new hard working Americans, and not necessarily refugees go through when they first arrive in the US.

So looking forward to the next seasons of this awesome series!!!
