2025 Premiere Dates For New & Returning Series On Broadcast, Cable & Streaming
Image
The roster covers hundreds of broadcast, cable and streaming programs debuting throughout 2025, including many still listed as Tba (to be announced). It includes series premieres and season debuts, shows returning from hiatus and some one-offs such as live sports and awards shows but not movies or specials.

Note that older premiere dates are listed at the bottom and that not all PBS outlets premiere their shows on the same day.

As always, we update this post daily as more dates are revealed, so check back often for the latest. We’re glad you tuned in. Additions or adjustments can be sent to editors@deadline.com.

Alex Mahon Writing Debut Novel ‘The Rich Bitch Club’ & Pitching To TV Producers After Ending Stint As Channel 4’s Highest-Paid CEO
Image
Exclusive: Last week was a busy one for departing Channel 4 boss Alex Mahon.

Mahon revealed her exit from the Gogglebox network on Monday after eight years and by Wednesday her new gig running live entertainment firm Superstruct had emerged.

“The Rich Bitch Club is conceived as an iconic, genre defining story,” reads the book’s promotion. “If Bonfire of the Vanities created the male-centric Masters of the Universe that was to dominate novels, films and TV...

In the vein of many British crime dramas, Professor T. is a multi-season series with only six episodes a season. Starring Ben Miller as the titular Professor Jasper Tempest, Professor T. follows the genius criminologist from Cambridge University who has Ocd and lives with his mother. Richard Curtis at an event for Cheval de guerre (2011)
Frances de la Tour: ‘There could be another poll tax situation where people come out in the street’
Richard Curtis at an event for Cheval de guerre (2011)
I’m writing a letter to Richard Curtis on behalf of Frances de la Tour. Release the director’s cut of Love Actually – for the sake of the nation. The silken-voiced Harry Potter and Seventies sitcom star was originally among the crème de la crème British thesps starring in the 2003 film, playing Anne Reid’s dying, bed-ridden partner – but both actors ended up on the cutting room floor. “Oh yes, we had a lovely scene,” she says. “And I think it was the only gay scene,” she remembers. “It’s odd that they cut it. Maybe it was too dark to bring into it. Because it ended up being quite a light and fluffy film, didn’t it?” It could have made the affectionately derided Christmas film into something quite different – more progressive, less cloyingly twee. But, still, Curtis has manners. “At least he wrote to me and said we...
