Three Nickelodeon shows are getting a mix-up on Netflix (in the US). Two fan-favorites are getting an older season re-added, while another show is set to leave entirely.
iCarly, starring Miranda Cosgrove and Jennette McCurdy, has now been back on Netflix in 2021, although it got a season shakeup in 2023. The same also applies to Henry Danger getting a similar shake-up with the caveat that Netflix also bagged the rights to the follow-up series, Danger Force. Much like NCIS, which lost its earlier seasons and was later re-added, that’s now happening with these two Nickelodeon shows with the first season of each coming back.
These early seasons are scheduled to touchdown on Netflix (in the United States) on March 31st, 2025. Even with season 1 returning, Netflix will still be missing some seasons.
For Henry Danger, Netflix will stream seasons 1, 4, and 5, while seasons 2 and 3 will only be available on Paramount+ for the foreseeable future.

We bid farewell to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Iron Man in 2019's Avengers: Endgame, but the Armoured Avenger will return...in a new TV series aimed at preschoolers.

Growing up is tough, especially during your teenage years. Your teens are an era when no one understands you; everyone thinks you’re overreacting, and hormones rage inside your nether region like a mosh pit of questions and embarrassing blunders. In Comedy Central‘s Everybody Still Hates Chris trailer, we join Chris Rock for a hilarious look at his awkward teens and all the confusion that helped shape one of the most recognized comedians in the game.

As shown in Monday night’s finale of Investigation Discovery’s “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,” which is now streaming on Max, former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell recounts the time he attended the sentencing hearing for Brian Peck, his former dialogue coach who was convicted in 2004 for his crimes against Drake and ordered to register as a sex offender.

We can’t wait to hear Joe Pesci say the title of his new show: The Oscar winner (GoodFellas, My Cousin Vinny) has signed on to costar in Pete Davidson’s Peacock comedy Bupkis, the streamer announced on Thursday.
Pesci will play the grandfather of Davidson’s character, joining Edie Falco, who was previously cast as Pete’s mother. The half-hour comedy is a fictionalized take on Davidson’s real life that “will combine grounded storytelling with absurd elements from the unfiltered and completely original worldview for which Pete is well known,” per the official description.

Some of my favorite episodes of TV in recent years have come from the previous two installments of Nickelodeon's Are You Afraid of the Dark? revival, Carnival of Doom and Curse of the Shadows, so I can't wait to see what spooky surprises are in store for Midnight Society members both old and new in the latest season, Ghost Island. Ahead of its July 30th premiere on Nickelodeon, we have a look at the new trailer featuring an eerie hotel with one room in particular that guests should avoid staying in:
From the Press Release: Produced by Ace Entertainment, the limited series will debut with a two-hour episode on Saturday, July 30, at 7 p.m. (Et/Pt) on Nickelodeon, with the remaining episodes airing Saturday, Aug. 6, and Aug. 13, at 7 p.m. (Et/Pt). Aloha, spooky nerds!
When I set out to collect the week’s best in paranormal pop culture news, I knew ahead of time I wanted to give a shout to Netflix’s Dead End: Paranormal Park. I have been waiting to check it out for some time, and it delivered as an emotionally intelligent, fun show for all ages. And I figured there would be other movie and TV news within the realm of the weird. What I did not expect was the real deal stuff that dropped this week. Not only did China release a report about alien civilizations but the whole dang city of Amarillo, Texas went on record with a video still of… something caught on camera.
Before we dive in, don’t forget to continue the strange talk with our weekly paranormal pop culture Talking Strange podcast and video series hosted by yours truly, and available on Apple Podcasts,...

Five Republican senators have urged the TV Parental Guidelines Monitoring Board to update its ratings for certain children’s shows to include warnings about what they describe as “disturbing” LGBTQ content, namely “irreversible and harmful experimental treatments for mental disorders like gender dysphoria.”
Sens. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.), Kevin Cramer (R-n.D.), Steve Daines (R-Mont.), and Mike Lee (R-Utah) all signed the letter dated May 4, which pushes for the Pgma’s rating system to incorporate warnings for LGBTQ content before lamenting how one Disney executive was recently quoted...
