    Flawless writing, heartfelt acting

Scoot is flawlessly written and the dialogues flow through so organically. Each one of the actors, even those who had an only a few minutes of screen time, were brilliant ("Indu Chechi" and "Manoharan Chetan" are characters that deserve special mention). Arjun Ratan and Jeevan Stephen's performances and chemistry are so heartfelt and relatable. The struggles of three 20-something men trying to work a 9-5 while working hard on their ambition is so well portrayed. In certain scenes, the struggle can be visualised and felt through the eyes of the actors. The real-life friendship between the actors Arjun Ratan, Jeevan Stephen and Kiran Viyyath seemed to have contributed well to how the story and emotions played out. Krishnachandran and Kiran Viyyath also shined in their assigned comic mannerisms. Also worth special mention is the background music - subtle, quirky, comical and suits the mannerisms of the characters very well. Overall, a series with immense re-watch value, for when you want to watch something relatable and heartfelt. Also an example of how good writing can offset huge budgets.

    Not so funny

Scoot is the story of sanju(arjun ratan) and antony(jeevan stephen) who work in an it firm. Enter into their lives is sanju's distant friend shyam kandithara(kiran) who arrives in the city for a job. Antony is reluctant to accommodate him but sanju somehow convinces antony to let shyam stay as he would give a good share of rent. Shyam joins as a sales manager in medussa stores and his boss is rateesh(krishna chandran) who is all in all of the company. Sanju and antony are fed up of their IT job and want to start a business of constructing a turf in the city. Shyam helps them by introducing them to rateesh sir who has many land deals. Rest of the show is whether they are successful in starting a business or not. Scoot starts in an okayish way. Later it has some funny moments because of shyam. Sanju and antony's jobs get into risk because of sanju's flirtatious attitude. Last episode is serious and the climax turns super intense with a fight scene. Coming to performances, jeevan and arjun cakewalk through their roles. Kiran was the entertainer of the show as shyam. Krishnachandran was as usual perfect as rateesh sir as u will love him in the last episode. Binoy john is terrific as the goon. The most lovable character was the divya who played the tl of the boys and supported them like a sister. Shabareesh appeared in a poster and anu k aniyan makes a rocking entry towards the end as Douglas that i am sure if it was in theatre then audience would go bananas. But in my opinion his entry would have been more rocking if he appeared in the climax fight saving the guys. On the whole, scoot is not a laugh riot like thera para. I love karikku because of its non stop fun. Scoot last episode didn't provide me that. If you are the fan of the karikku boys then you can watch scoot.

The best so far from Karikku

Really we can witness the standard of the humor and content and plot getting more and more Valued by the production group, and they are in fact putting a lot of efforts in to this as you don't really get much of those on screen advertisement which really take away the time way from the real content and also the ting skills of the stars have been matured significantly which all makes this the best among the Malayalam series out there.
