Jack Black provides plenty of holiday mischief in the first images of Dear Santa, the upcoming comedy marking a reunion for the Farrelly brothers after a decade apart. The upcoming Jack Black movie is a Paramount+ original. The film focuses on Liam Turner (Robert Timothy Smith) a young boy who, still believing in Santa despite his friends' doubts, decides to write him a letter to invite him to his home. However, he accidentally addresses his note to Satan (Black), who, not having many admirers, arrives during the holidays to cause comedic mischief within Liam's life.

Now, Entertainment Weekly has released the first images from Dear Santa, revealing Black as Satan visiting and hanging out with Smith's Liam in various scenarios. He appears in his bedroom, seemingly when the two meet, and will be causing plenty of chaos, as seen when the pair are laying on money scattered across the ground.

Peter Farrelly’s Ricky Stanicky is an R-Rated, penis-joke filled bro comedy about three childhood friends who invented a fictional friend to take the blame for a prank gone wrong. Really wrong – they set the guy’s house on fire. Kids might make up something like that to dodge responsibility, but adults buying into the idea that someone named “Ricky Stanicky” is at fault is much more of a stretch.

Yet these three pals use this made-up friend to take the blame all through their childhoods, but then director Peter Farrelly (and the script’s six writers) go further, and have the grown-up friends continue using the fictional Ricky Stanicky as someone to blame into adulthood.

John Cena hit the orange carpet in a striped suit at the premiere of his new movie Ricky Stanicky held at Regal-e Walk on Tuesday (March 5) in New York City.

The 46-year-old actor was joined by his wife Shay Shariatzadeh for his latest movie premiere, his second this year, following Argylle in January.

John was also seen posing for photos alongside people dressed as different musicians that John impersonates as his character in the movie.

Also hitting the carpet were his co-stars Jermaine Fowler, Andrew Santino, Lex Scott Davis, Anja Savcic and Jeff Ross. Noticeably missing from the premiere was Zac Efron.

Peter Farrelly’s Ricky Stanicky concerns a trio of best friends who create an imaginary person to blame for their misdeeds. As the years go by, Dean (Zac Efron), Jt (Andrew Santino), and Wes (Jermaine Fowler) continue using “Ricky” as an excuse any time they want to skip, say, a family gathering or sneak out on a boys’ weekend. In such moments, they simply tell their significant others that Ricky really needs them right now.

That’s a solid enough setup for a film, a kind of coming-of-middle-age comedy in the vein of Jeff Tomsic’s Tag, where the characters’ commitment to a childhood tradition ends up jeopardizing their adult lives in the process. But where the antics of Tag’s characters effectively captured the stupid joy of acting like your younger self while hanging out with your oldest friends, Ricky Stanicky is stupid in a much less joyful way.
