I always like these movies but who do they think they are fooling? 20 year anniversary? Yeah if they didn't graduate high school until they were late 20's to early 30's! It's ridiculous to act as if these middle aged people are in their 30's. They aren't.
The high school reunion frame for new murder case is the best good trait of this episode. In same measure, the work of Matthew MacCaull , giving to his Parker reasonable dose of ambiguity and the fair job of Dylane Sloane are nice virtues, to. An episode about youth, a dead body in pool, secrets and blackmail, conflicts , a knife and pure truth. And, sure, Candace Cameron Bure as fair balance for smart use of the ingredients of her role from Marilu Henner..
Another great mystery with Aurora and her friends. I enjoyed this just as the others. Only slightly negative thing is that these are getting predictable knowing that the first person they arrest is never the true killer, they always find they wrongly accused.
This is one of those cookie cutter murder mysteries that runs for the standard ninety (90) minutes and presents an endless stream of potential murder suspects to the point where I just didn't care anymore who they arrested. Mrs. Shullivan and I truly enjoy actress Candace Cameron Bure's innocence and perky personality in almost all of the earlier Aurora Teagarden mysteries, but when Aurora climbs out a second storey window, over a railing, and down a trellise to prove a point, now I have seen everything.
Just because this made for TV mystery had a dozen or so suspects, does not make it a mystery, nor does the hokey way that Aurora solve this murder, with the eventual murderer declaring their crime.
I write some of my IMDB reviews just to remind myself not to get fooled a second time and watch it again a few years later after time has passed and memories have waned. This is one of those forgettable made for TV mysteries that can be forgotten and "No, Aurora it does not feel so deadly"
I give it a mediocre rated 5 out of 10 IMDB review.

Ro (Cameron Bure) and her best friend, Sally (Lexa Doig), are looking forward to a memorable night out at their high school reunion. They arrive to see that the campus big shots haven't shown much growth. Former lovers and homecoming king and queen Jack (Toby Levins) and Cassie (Kate Isaac) draw attention with an interaction that suggests they're not through as a couple. This puts Jack's wife, Amy (Tegan Moss), in a hot rage. Coach Caldwell (Jeffrey Joseph) from the football team also decides to light into his star player over a lawsuit regarding the latter's failed fitness company. When Jack turns up dead, stabbed and floating face-down in the swimming pool, everyone is shocked but not all that surprised.
Aurora Teagarden and her murder club investigate a school reunion murder in this snappy mystery. There isn't one dull moment as the plot snakes into plenty of avenues. The list of suspects are short, and expertly several red herrings leap out. The only thing I didn't like was Nick ( Niall matter )- I found him quite annoying with his smug look every time he confronts one of the suspects who once dated his now fiancée, Aurora. Aurora's previous beau played by Yannick was a much more likeable character.
