For obvious budgetary decisions the same corridor is continually used to represent different ones by changing the signage. The tell is a vertical line of dirt or liquid that ages the wall for authenticity running between the last two digits of the signs. It is more evident near the end of the film when corridors are quickly passing through the shot.

Goofs
Sharyn is reading an online article about Cassandra's case, the heading states "Suspected Arson Hospitalized After Mushroom Poinsoning". A person who starts a fire is an "arsonist", but the act of something burning is "arson".

Cheap movie but still watchable

The movie in general looks cheap but not to the point that it looks amateur. If you prefer movies that looks really expensive then it's not perfect for you. The story is straightforward. You'll already know the goal of the protagonist in the very beginning but there's just a bit surprise in the end. There are minor flaws that I've noticed and the acting wasn't really perfect but still forgivable because it has interesting story line.
