A game of seven minutes in heaven turns deadly when two teens are attacked by a monster in the closet.

I knew nobody involved.
Verdict
I like horror shorts but they suffer notoriously with pacing issues however 7 Minutes in Hell does not it suffers from something altogether different. 7 Minutes in Hell suffers with, not being very good.
What I expected and what I got were two very different creatures, I thought it would be a quirky monster in the closet short but what I got was some messy disjointed ghost thing which really defies description.
I usually see what a creator was going for even if I don't like it, here I don't even see that.

Anyone actually done 7 minutes in heaven? I keep seeing it in American movies but have never heard of anybody doing it. Not on this side of the pond or over there. Is it a creepy urban legend? Is it a real sleepover-esque game? Is it just a thing of the past? Very odd.

Teens entring in an abandoned house with dark past.
So used motif than easy to expect nothing new or impressive ofr just clever . Because all seems said.
So, the virtue of this short film remains its decent craft. And the desire to show, not to impress. A girl, a boy in closet in seven minutes in hell variant. His polite attitude, her nervousity, tempted kiss and her brutal reaction and the danger haunting, menacing, beating her in house.
The solution .
And a real inspired end, maybe the best part of short film, giving to this 7 Minutes in Hell a special touch in line of silent testimony about real terrible lived things. And about survive.

And who says it is heaven? Actually this being a horror short movie one would expect the opposite (though even that would not entirely be true now ... would it?) ... but let's not forget: no pun intended. The short movie has really good effects and the acting is good too.
We may not agree with how characters present themselves ... we may not like what they decide to do. I am a bit surprised the short is rated so low. I really liked it - not just because of the subject matter (taking a theme/thing and turning it on its head ... or upside down?) ... but also the way it resolves and what it does at the end ... quite clever ... if you care like I do, you will be left with a question or two in the end ... but there is some audio leading us out that ... well suggests quite a lot ... I really liked this one! Short and on point! Well done.
