Diablo Cody, the Academy Award-winning writer behind Juno and cult horror hits like Jennifer's Body and Lisa Frankenstein, has found her next project, and it is right up her alley. The mid-2000s saw a boom in vampire media as the bloodsucking monsters dominated pop culture with Twilight, True Blood, and The Vampire Diaries. The creatures of the night have started to see a resurgence in the past couple of years. Nosferatu and Sinners have dominated pop culture discussion, and as vampires are hot once more, writer Diablo Cody might have found the next big vampire IP.

Director Richard Burgin recently stunned audiences with his debut feature, Fang, with the film earning numerous awards throughout its festival run before arriving on Amazon Prime. His next feature project will be The Slaughter Brothers Dime Circus, which is now raising funds on Indiegogo. The fantasy horror film will focus on a mysterious traveling carnival, with the talented performers hiding dark secrets which will ultimately refuse to remain hidden under the surface.
The Slaughter Brothers Dime Circus will serve as an adaptation of a stage production of the same name, which needed to be closed down due to the pandemic, before it was turned into a radio play. Richard Burgin will direct the film, and the screenplay was primarily written by Sean Sullivan, with contributions from Eris Thomas, Stefne Mercedes, and Burgin himself. Terry Silver seems to have been thoroughly dealt with going into Cobra Kai season 6. The villain, who first appeared in The Karate Kid Part 3 in 1989, returned to the Valley in season 4 and became an even more significant threat in season 5. His wealth and cruelty made it seem as if there would be no beating him, and it looked for a time that Silver would be the primary villain for the remainder of Cobra Kai. However, the combined efforts of Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang karate saw Terry Silver come to justicebut is he gone for good?
At the end of Cobra Kai season 5, the inter-dojo drama came to a head, and Johnny Lawrence, Chozen Toguchi, and Mike Barnes headed to Terry Silver's house to deal with the villain once and for all. In the meantime, the students of Miyagi-Do and Eagle Fang come together to prove to the world that Silver is a cheat,...

Naruto is jam-packed with flashy jutsu, from the monstrous Susanoo to the dreadful Infinite Tsukoyomi. In Naruto, jutsu are magical techniques derived from a ninja's innate reservoir of chakra and many of the characters has their own unique skillset, in addition to those that they learn from their mentors. Genjutsu to bewitch enemies, dojutsu from special eyes, martial arts-powered taijutsu, and garden-variety ninjutsu all combine to make ninjas deadly assassins and feared warriors.
Jutsu techniques have many origins. For instance, Water Release techniques are common in the Mist Village, the Uchiha family is known for fire techniques, and some jutsu, like Naruto's Rasengan are passed down by masters. Not every technique lives up to the hype, though, and the origin of the lackluster jutsu doesn't change it's disappointing presence. From chakra limitations to less obvious drawbacks, some jutsu in Naruto are just plain overrated, overused and over-hyped.

Solo Leveling is one of the most popular manhwa to come out in the last decade, featuring a gripping story, an interesting universe, and some of the best fights in Korean serialization. Its recent anime adaption took everything the manhwa does well and improved upon it, adding incredible animation to Jin-Woo's fight sequences. In only 12 episodes, Solo Leveling became one of the most watched anime in it season, and its fights are a big reason why.
While Jin-Woo starts the series as the "weakest Hunter in the world, he doesn't stay that way. Through the mysterious System, Jin-Woo is able to get significantly stronger during the first season of Solo Leveling, taking on bosses he couldn't have dreamed of facing just a few episodes earlier. His newfound strength gives him some awesome abilities, and the animation team behind the first season of Solo Leveling did an excellent job at bringing them to life.

Without Androids 17 and 18, Cell would’ve remained that ugly creature that morphed out of that sticky cocoon in Dragon Ball Z. Maybe the Z fighters could have a chance against Dr. Gero’s evil plans. Both Androids had a pivotal role to play in the Db universe; that said, their depiction in any media franchise should catch the public eye.
In a way, it actually did in Sparking! Zero. But not in the way the developers were expecting it. The latest trailer dubbed ‘Master vs. Apprentice’ gave a glimpse of Android siblings in an alternate timeline where they successfully manage to attain the goal they were always meant to, wreak havoc on humanity.

Fang the Hunter #1 takes a unique approach by heavily featuring levels from classic Sonic the Hedgehog games, which is a refreshing change for Idw's main continuity. The issue explores Sonic & Knuckles' Mushroom Hill Zone in depth, and hints at a future installment set in Marble Zone, promising more gaming nostalgia. This creative choice to reference classic games makes Fang the Hunter an enjoyable read, especially for fans familiar with Sonic's gaming universe.

Although heavily connected to the franchise's gaming universe, Idw's main continuity doesn't usually feature key places from the games, except for special issues, like its very Infinity War-esque 30th anniversary one-shot.

Wolverine's son Akihiro, aka Daken, was given the codename 'Fang' as an honorary title by the Shi'ar Imperium, but it breaks the tradition of 'mutant names' representing their abilities. Akihiro's mutations don't affect his teeth, unlike other fanged mutants in the X-Men universe, and another hero is already named 'Fang.' While 'Fang' has a cool history and connection to a previous hero, it deviates from the effort of mutantkind to have cohesive and culturally distinct names, and Marvel should reconsider the choice.
Wolverine's son finally got what he deserved last year, with a new codename that wasn't a direct insult. While fans have known Akihiro as 'Daken' since his introduction in 2007, that name was always an insult, branding him a 'mongrel.' However, while 'Fang' is a definite step-up for the hero, it breaks a major rule of what 'mutant names' are supposed to represent.

Cobra Kai season 6 will mean the series' final battle, but The Karate Kid may have already revealed who would win. The spinoff series started following the same formula as the classic 1980s martial arts film but with a significant twist. Instead of Mr. Miyagi sagely training Daniel Larusso like, in The Karate Kid, Cobra Kai saw bad boy Johnny Lawrence teaching a brand new underdog how to stand up to bullies—entirely in his own style, of course. Now, several seasons and a lot of butt-kicking later, the series is coming to an end, and Larusso's story could provide some insight into how everything will shake out.
Cobra Kai has seen several epic battles across its five seasons, and they all seem to have been building up to the Sekai Taikai in season 6. This will differ significantly from the All-Valley tournament Karate Kid fans have become familiar with. The...

The Endurus Potion unlocks automatically for players of Hogwarts Legacy after the "Potions Class" quest, where they are taught to combine the Mongrel Fur and Ashwinder Egg ingredients together to get a concoction that boosts their character's defensive stats for a limited time. One of the two potion recipes players receive from the narrative, the pieces needed to construct this item may be used at the Potion Station in the Room of Requirement. Unlike the first potion players learn to brew, the Endurus Potion and the Mongrel Fur item specifically require players to challenge enemies rather than explore the vast open world.
