The date is written the way most of the world, including Canada, write them, DD/MM/YYYY. Another clue this was not filmed in the US, in spite of it supposedly taking place in Seattle.
When Ruby & Angela are looking at the 1st clue again, they notice the way the date is written : 26-3-2020. Day, month, year. That is military style of writing the date which is usually written as 2 digit day, 2 digit month & 4 digit year.
