The majority of migrant domestic women workers in Kuwait for example, are extremely vulnerable to exploitation in modern slavery. They are in a strange environment, generally unfamiliar with the language, not allowed to communicate with their peers and live in isolation often with the employer. If they are dismissed they have no means to return to their home countries.
