Watched the movie for Nani's acting and 6 stars for that, else there is nothing left in the movie. The story is million years old, probably director must have found it while digging his old house, it's like zillion years old. Avoid if you can, watch if you have nothing else to do. Nani Ji, please read the script mama.....!

This movie was good and it has many messages for our society..I like everything in this movie except the action sequences.. Action sequences were very much dull !! The Story built up good and the actions were dull..Thats the only negative point according to me <3. A big thumbs up to watch it with family!

Typical mass entertainer but with old storyline, it has some brilliant narratives and emotional family moments, which makes it an worthy watch, nani nailed it again with performance.

Telugu cinema has missed the flavour of watching movies with family. This has brought back those movements again. The film is filled with purely family emotion drama which can be relatable with lot of indian families.

The cinema starts slowly and gets phase from the interval. Nani acting was not so interesting till the interval block. Overall one time watchable film with family.

Nani has always been selective about his stories, not sure how he accepted this movie. It's a typical outdated family sentiment drama.

Paid for this movie on prime...and disappointed..now I know the reason behind why makers didn't release this movie in cinema...you'll get nostalgic vibes because movie's story is like 90's era....nani's acting was good and he took entire film on his shoulder...if u r nani's fan then this movie is only one time watch for you....other people plz avoid this.....nani known as unique script selector...but after watching this movie I want to ask nani..." I actually thought after reading IMDB reviews, How come Nani Select Such a boring script.. But after watching the Movie i thought His Script selection is 100% Best.

Nani is one such actor whose acting feels very very natural in a given character, I don't know what but he definitely is doing something, tricking us in making us not even think about that.

The plot was the usual Telugu family commercial drama with some emotional content but again the emotional content is emoted in us only by Nani. If you remove Nani from this film, I think it would've been one of those long lists of Telugu disastrous films.

By this, I don't say that the film was very interesting & engaging and all, but it is a good one-time watch for family drama emotional audience/fans. And yeah the actors being all famous/popularly known faces, the content gets some weightage from that area as well.

I just don't understand one thing: why Telugu films are still giving twisting villain roles to Jagapathi babu since the audience already knows that he'd be the villain eventually and so the twist gets broken in the first scene that he comes onto the screen, I just cannot get my head around this idea of these Telugu filmmakers thought process at all.

An outdated storyline and you will be able to guess the next scene .

Dont watch if not a Nani fan .

Carried the movie with lot of emotions .

First half is all about introduction to characters and little drama.

Second half is carried with lot of emotions , every scene is shooter and visualised well.

Its very deep emotion in the last 30 mins.

Movie was like old days movie.. But I give it two star extra only for Nani's perfrmance. His acting is the only main things to watch ..

Tuck Jagadish is a film predominantly made to remind us about the beauty of joint families, the sensitive issues in villages which brings divide among the people etc. Director Shiva Nirvana got a huge casting and gave relatable names to them. The names, the casting, and the village setup gives us an honest feeling. But then, the good things end there itself. The multiple characters conflict with the screen time. We see characters coming and disappearing without purpose. It happens in the case of everyone, even the heroines and Jagapathi Babu.

We get to see many things happening without purpose. In many places, we feel like we are seeing familiar scenes. Everything becomes predictable and boring. The climax is again a disappointment.

Nani is Nani in Tuck Jagadish. He is one actor who excels in comedy and emotional sequences. There is very little comedy in this film and he does justice for the emotions that are needed from him within the character boundaries. There are also some sequences which highlight the heroism in Nani and they are comfortable as well.

Skip it.

In few words, you can watch it one time. Nani's, & jagapathi babu acting are ones that made this movie watchable. If you are to compare this movie to other films, it feels like a mix of singham and generic telugu serial. The story itself is not bad, but it felt like a serial director got himself a good story and actors, and made it a bland concoction. Dialogues were good, ritu varma did a good job even if she was given a lifeless character. Only two characters have some development, hero, prefinal villan (& final villan), rest don't have any development whatsoever.

I recommend watching it if you like nani or jagapathi babu's acting.

I don't understand how can movie makers, hero, producer etc watch this movie and think it's good to release.

Film story and screenplay is average. Natural star Nani acting performance is good. Heroine Ritu Varma performance is good. Film climax is little bit emotional. Overall one time watchable movie.

This movie tests ur patience with outdated script and poor screenplay.

Nani's performance , family story and screenplay are awesome. I didn't get bored. My whole family enjoyed the movie.

It is good family entertainment movie I don't know why many of the people don't like this movie there are many positive and negatives First positive are 1) Nani action 2) Daniel Balaji villiansih character 3) script 4) ritu Varma beauty 5) good dialogues and family movie Negative are 1) unnnesary fights 2) old story (predictable) 3) no impact on creativity 4) role of Aishwarya rajesh For this negative I gave -2 stars for this expect this all are good in the movie especially songs which are good to listen. Story was basic(good for families),but the main culprit is the screenplay,laag, basic emotional connect is missing. As it was family movie,but why the director added sudden twists,I don't know.bgm is one of worst.nani was good,some emotional scenes were good.

Producers were lucky, because of prime.

Looks like this film was written to just praise nani. Story, screenplay, direction have taken backseat. Ritu and Aishwarya look good, but their talent is wasted. Songs also does not help the movie. Watch if you have lot of time..

I'm just not sure of what's the selling point that made this movie to production. There are like too many prominent actors in this family drama but none of them were casted properly. Yeah, yeah, Nani gave his best but this can't help any story like this. I don't remember laughing anywhere while watching, just some emotional stuff and fights here and there.

A dish can be spoiled even when you have all the best ingredients because either the recipe or the Chef is not good, sometimes both. Same happened here as well: Even though we had the finest actors, the story and the director messed up the play. If you want entertainment, skip this please.
